
Pre-Registration
Registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is officially received. All payments are to be made in US dollars by cheque, bank draft or credit card.
On-site Registration
Registration is done upon arrival at the venue and purchase of tickets for the social programs, tours and other amenities is subject to availability. Payments may be made in cash or credit card.

Entitlements
The registration fee entitles the registered participant to the following:
- Access to all lectures in the Scientific Program,
- Dental Trade Exhibition, Opening Ceremony,
- Welcome Reception and Award Presentation and Closing Ceremony
- Receive a set of Congress documents (Offiical Program Booklet and Dental Trade Exhibition Catalogue), Congress bag, Congress badge and Certificate of Attendance
- Receive purchased ticket(s) of social events
- Free gift(s)
An Accompanying Person is defined as spouse or partner of full paid participant and is entitled to:
- Access to Dental Trade Exhibition, Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Award Presentation, and Closing Ceremony
- Receive a Congress badge
- Free gift(s)
- Option: May attend all social programs but at own expense
Acknowledgement of Registration
The participant’s registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with the confirmation of their requirements in the registration form. This serves as the official receipt which should be presented at the registration counter for validation. Details of registration hours will be included in the acknowledgement letter.
Changes and Cancellations
Any change or cancellation must be received in full and in writing. No change requested by telephone will be entertained. All bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amounts. All refunds will be made in 30 days after the Congress, for administrative reasons. Participants are advised to keep a copy of the reegistration form. Refunds for cancellations of registration will only be made sugbject to the following deadline and charges.
Note: Registration Fee may have 50% refund on or before, and is forfeited after, February 1, 2011
